Ghufran Ahmad is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Business & Marketing at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. He has a PhD in Economics from Texas A&M University, College Station, USA. He also works as a consultant with the Asian Development Bank. His research interests include microeconomic and macroeconomic theory, health economics, and financial risk management. He has published articles in Finance Research Letters, Emerging Markets Review, Games and Economic Behavior, Economics Letters, and Global Health Action, among others.
