Mohyedine Hajjar, a French national, is a Senior Islamic Finance Specialist at IsDB Institute. A legal advisor with deep expertise in Islamic banking and finance, he has structured Sharia-compliant products across France, Switzerland, and Belgium. He contributed to launching the EU’s first Islamic crowdfunding platform and France’s first Islamic Neobank. His experience spans law firms, asset and wealth management, with a focus on Islamic funds, Sukuk, SAFE agreements, risk and compliance, NGO strategies, and fintech solutions. A former researcher at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, lecturer and Associate Professor in France and the UK, he has published in Arabic, French, and English. He holds degrees in Law and Islamic Law (Beirut), a Master’s in Private Law, and a PhD in Financial Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
