Mohamed Elgoussi is a Senior Statistician at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), where he is a member of the data team that sources and organizes internal data of IsDB and external data on all socioeconomic indicators of IsDB Member Countries. Mr. Elgoussi does the major coding and programing activities of the data. Before joining IsDB, Mr. Elgoussi worked as a Senior Research and Evaluation Officer at the Center for Project Evaluation and Macroeconomic Analysis, Egyptian Ministry of International Cooperation. Previously, he worked at Schlumberger, Egypt, as a Coordinator of the Network of Excellence in Training (NExT). He has MSc in Statistics from Leeds University, United Kingdom, and BSc in Statistics, Cairo University, Egypt.
