Muhammad Suhail Rizwan has a PhD in Finance and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance & Investment at NUST Business School (NBS) of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. He is heading a PhD program and teaching courses such as Financial Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions at under-graduate and post-graduate levels. His research interests are in the areas of financial risk management, financial regulations, Islamic finance, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. He has published articles in various journals including Journal of Financial Stability, Finance Research Letters, Emerging Markets Review, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions, and Money, and Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, among others.
